Since PHP v2 (yikes), Jisse has been hooked to PHP. Throughout the years, he played around with various frameworks (Joomla, CakePHP, SugarCRM, Drupal, WordPress, Zend Framework / Laminas, Zend Expressive, SlimPHP) but in the recent years Magento, Shopware, Laravel and Symfony have been the main focus. Jisse is the founder of Yireo, maintainer of about 90 open source projects, programming daily, organizing developer events like MageTestFest and Reacticon. He also was part of the Zend Z-Team in 2015-2017. In other words: A real guru, the perfect man to give a professional development training.
PHP remains one of the most powerful languages to build webapplications with, both because of its easy learning curve and its flexibility. With this course, we do go beyond the basics do: You'll get to know the PHP syntax in various forms, but also work with modern coding tools like PHPStorm and composer.
